Senior Level Designer

Responsibilities
Design Work

  • Manage all design projects from start to finish - print and digital media
  • Provide quality control (ensure quality of the work product and environment)
  • Coordinate with project manager on production schedules
  • Work with account teams to meet project guidelines
  • Hands on ability for design/production/presschecks as needed

Requirements

  • Education and/or Experience
  • Degree from an “A” list design school
  • 3 or more years’ experience in an agency

Director, Experiential Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of the experiential marketing team to include assignment of events and projects and ongoing monitoring of the project status
  • Work with the Vice President of Experiential Marketing to help clients achieve a better ROI from their events by developing strategically creative approaches to experiential marketing
  • Organically grow within current clients as well as constantly seek out new ways to approach new business
  • Overall management of all client events
  • Development and management of all event timelines, processes, checklists and budgets in conjunction with the assigned staff and other departments
  • Serve as the internal liaison between other departments that may be involved in the production of a project or an event to include marketing, public relations, digital &creative services, finance, legal etc.
  • Work with the Vice President of Experiential Marketing to develop each staff member’s individual objectives and to cultivate areas of growth for existing and new clients for those staff members
  • Support the development of new business proposals to include client presentation as needed
  • Coordinate the project or event pricing and fee models with the Chief Operating Officer
  • Maintain current external vendor relationships and seek new vendors as needed

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Seven to ten years’ experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office


Intern - Multicultural Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of client activities
  • Prepare event and key meeting recaps
  • Assist in conducting market and competitive research
  • Assist in promotional concept development
  • Assist in marketing plan development and execution
  • Compile and distribute notes for meetings and brainstorms
  • Research data and stats for special projects
  • Complete and present intern project at conclusion of internship (Possible topics: mobile marketing trends for 18-24 demo, mobile marketing trends for African American moms 25-45, Top 3-5 social media and/or mobile trends to integrate into sponsorships)

Requirements

  • Senior in college or recent college graduate
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Front-End Web Developer

Responsibilities

  • Ability to research third party software packages as to their suitability for the problem at hand
  • Develop large-scale, robust, and database-driven applications
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including unit testing experience (like jUnit)
  • Usage of HTML, Javascript and CSS
  • Understanding of web architecture, particularly on LAMP
  • Work with HTML 5, CSS 3, Object Oriented Javascript, AJAX/JSON/XML, Web Frameworks, GIT/SVN, and Linux Shell

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or the equivalent education/work experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional web front-side development experience
  • Strong experience with OO JavaScript client-side scripting
  • Strong experience building applications using HTML5/JS/CSS3
  • Strong understanding of/ability to write code using JQuery or similar libraries
  • Excellent knowledge of XML, JSON, SOAP and AJAX
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux use, scripting, and tools
  • Experience with GIT/SVN and MVC Frameworks
  • Experience with other JS Web Frameworks
  • Experience with mobile web applications and/or PHP is a plus


UX Lead - CSE Digital

CSE digital is looking for an experienced UX lead to take on a multi-faced role of user experience, strategy, IA and product management. The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically while also diving into tactics.

Requirements:

  • Experience in User Experience, Strategy, IA and requirements across a variety of clients and platforms
  • Have the ability to present ideas clearly and succinctly
  • Manage and showcase creative solutions

Responsibilities to include:

  • Developing content and experience strategies
  • Working closely with visual designers to bring concepts and strategies to life
  • Creating user personas and scenarios
  • Documenting site architecture through sitemaps, wireframes and interactive prototypes
  • Testing designs with users quickly and iteratively
  • Working closely with a close knit team of developers to ensure the end product meets the original vision and consumer goals

Projects will include collaborations with a variety of agency professionals and the ability to work on a team and wear multiple hats is essential.



Account Executive-Hispanic

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • 3-6 years of creating and presenting compelling activation plans targeting Hispanic consumers including concepts, measurement and strategic objectives for Fortune 500/5000 clients
  • 3-6 years of prior agency account management experience
  • 3-6 years experience writing creative briefs, competitive decks, PowerPoint presentations, business requirements, copy decks etc.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capable of developing and building strategic teams — encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
  • Demonstrate decision making and problem solving skills — analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
  • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written with people inside and outside the organization at all levels when representing the organization to clients and other external sources
  • Proficient in prioritizing work
  • Knowledge of CPG and Hispanic lifestyle and entertainment industries preferred
