Web Designer
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience, 4+ preferred
- Experience designing for web technologies like HTML, CSS, AJAX/JQuery, Adobe Flash
- Experience animating with Adobe Flash for web & rich media
- Experience in Digital Advertising including mobile & rich media advertising
- Skilled in Adobe CS Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash)
- Experience working on client pitches preferred
- Copywriting, sketching abilities a plus
- Mobile & Social experience preferred
Account Executive-Multicultural
Responsibilities include:
- Design and execute fully-integrated marketing campaigns and promotions for clients
- Develop and implement strategic marketing/activation plans and promotions for media partners and leverage advertising dollars to obtain added value elements
- Assemble, recommend and monitor budgets and expenses while managing realistic budget expectations for clients
- Establish departmental processes, oversee internal department accounting (billing, job codes, reconciliation), and manage internal project communication
- Execute large scale events up to 70,000 people including pre-planning, executive logistics, staffing, sourcing, directing and monitoring vendors, on-site management of event, media initiatives, and sponsorship activations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Marketing or related degree and a minimum of 3 years related experience (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)
- Strong team marketing background with experience designing and executing marketing campaigns as well as experience developing strategic marketing plans
- Experience managing large scale events
- Passion and strong understanding of sports industry is required – major team or bowl game experience a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as well as in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong client relations skills required
- Ability to understand and interpret analytics and make sound recommendations
