Account Executive
CSE has an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive on our Marketing Team.
Responsibilities include:
- Execute fully-integrated consumer packaged goods marketing campaigns and promotions for clients
- Manage all aspects of client’s sports marketing campaigns, including day-to-day work with creative, interactive, PR and experiential marketing teams
- Develop and implement strategic marketing/activation plans
- Monitor budgets and expenses while managing realistic budget expectations for clients
- Manage departmental processes, oversee internal department accounting (billing, job codes, reconciliation), operations (hourly time, supplies, and materials) and manage internal project communication
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a minimum of 3 years’ related experience (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)
- Agency and/or brand experience is a must
- Strong team marketing background with experience executing marketing campaigns
- Experience working with large brands
- Passion and strong understanding of marketing industry, with an emphasis in consumer packaged goods (CPG)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as well as in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong client relations skills required
- Ability to understand and interpret analytics and make sound recommendations

Vice President, Marketing
CSE has an exciting opportunity for a Vice President on our Marketing Team.
Responsibilities include:
- Leads and partners with client regarding strategic sponsorships (including sports & entertainment)
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring client confidence with cutting edge marketing excellence
- Mentors direct reports/junior team members, sharing marketing and creative knowledge
- Partners with cross-functional teams to execute client strategy and program content
- Develops and delivers client presentations
- Presents an authoritative point of view on all industry practices
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or related field and 10+ years related work experience
- 6+ years experience in a managerial role
- Must be a strong negotiator with demonstrated expertise in sponsorships
- Must understand how to drive client strategy and have a strong track record of interfacing with senior-level clients
- Possesses working knowledge with key aspects of the brand planning processes within client organizations and possess ability to provide marketing insight solutions to grow brands
- Strong presentation, communication, organization and writing skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite to include MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, very fast paced environment and possess a track record of exceeding client expectations

Sales Coordinator, New York City
Due to growth, we have a Sales Coordinator position located in New York City (Manhattan).
Job Responsibilities include:
- Provides sales/administrative support to SVP
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Work in conjunction with corporate office and agency partners to facilitate comprehensive servicing and support for clients and agencies
- Lead the development of strong client and agency relationships for applicable accounts
- Support the sales team in attaining sales targets through the preparation of proposals, agreements, research and presentations
- Develop creative ideas and solutions for business responsibilities
- Develops and maintains stable relationships with operations, sales and client management support groups within the company
- Daily communication with corporate office team on approvals, deliverables, requests and tasks
- Coordinate and respond to all requests of internal meetings
- Attend network and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with potential clients and professionals
- Positive team player and active role model for support staff and other offices
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and work experience).
- 3-5 years experience in Sales/Account Management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Driven, detailed and well organized professional with ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and multitask
- Ability to exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency with computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to handle stress in a fast paced environment
